
Our Chef Marianne used to work for Chez Bruce owner, Bruce Poole, at the Glasshouse in Kew. Her cooking is familiar and comforting modern European, but with a slight twist.
We carefully source all our ingredients; be it pork belly form outdoor-reared Gloucester Old Spots, fish from sustainable sources (including line-caught sea bass and organically farmed trout) or acorn-fed free range eggs from Italy, and everything is homemade, with no stock cubes or bought-in frozen stuff in sight.
